I Am Gabriel Movie

I Am Gabriel movie (I Am…. Gabriel) is an inspiring tale about miracles and revival. The first half is a little slow, but when the jeopardy starts in the second half, it propels the movie to an emotionally powerful ending.

The first scene of I Am…. Gabriel has a scripture verse written upon it – 2 Chronicles 7:14

“If my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14

Hope Seems Lost

After this scene the story begins. The townspeople of Promise, Texas are in the middle of a devastating drought. Major businesses have started to close, and the people in the town are experiencing their own personal drought.

In the midst of all this physical and personal devastation, a mysterious stranger – a boy calling himself Gabe – appears. The only thing that Gabe has with him is a prayer mat. As Gabe starts sharing his faith in God, miracles start to happen and revival breaks out amongst the people.

However, Sheriff Brody (who recently lost his wife) resists Gabe’s God-centred message. What will it take for him to believe?

Inspirational

I am…. Gabriel starts off slow. The jeopardy doesn’t really engage until the second half. However, once it starts everything improves greatly. Leading the cast are several talented veterans, including Dean Cain and Jon Schneider. I am….. Gabriel turns out to be a very inspiring, uplifting movie. Its message of prayer, turning to God, revival, forgiveness, transformation, and healing will hopefully inspire many people in these troubling times.

The scripture seen in the first scene of the movie turns out to be the message of the story. We see in I Am…. Gabriel the people doing exactly what God asks in 2 Chronicles 7:14, which makes this movie so wonderful and inspiring.
