America Freedom to Fascism exposes the lies of the Fiat money system. Determined to find the law that requires American citizens to pay income tax, producer Aaron Russo (Bette Midler's The Rose, Trading Places) set out on a journey to find the evidence. In 1913 the Federal Reserve Banking system was fraudulently created. The startling examination of government in this film is neither left nor right-wing. It exposes the systematic erosion of civil liberties in America since the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank.

Through interviews with two U.S. Congressmen, former IRS Commissioner and former IRS and FBI agents, tax attorneys and authors, Russo connects the dots between money creation, federal income tax, and the national identity card, which becomes law in May 2008 and will use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology.

The word "government" is comprised of two Latin words. "Gubernare" which means To Control. And "Mentis" which means The Mind. The very word "Government" in its transnational text from its Latin precursor literally means to control the mind. Or in our case the mind of the mass public.
<h3><span style="color: #993366;">The IRS is a Collection Agency</span></h3>
The IRS in America or the Tax Department in Australia is just a collection agency. Its purpose is to retrieve monies owed by our Governments. Once it has been collected, the IRS and the Tax department send this money back to the Federal Reserve. It is this repayment of these loans to the Federal Reserve that the Governments, Tax Departments and IRS are hiding from the people. Notice that when you pay your taxes at the bank, the BSB and Account Number on your deposit slip is that of an account at the Federal Reserve Bank.
<h3><span style="color: #993366;">Defining Income</span></h3>
The original Title 26 tax code defines American Income as a profit or gain. In this documentary the definition of Income is discussed at the 26.46 minute mark. When you trade your hard work for a pay cheque you are not making a profit, you're making a trade. Your labour or skills are worth the monetary amount that you are paid. What you are paid is worth your efforts. There is no profit. The only reason that the IRS or Tax Department can enforce taxes is because you signed a W4. Or on your most recent tax declaration you promised or agreed that you would pay.
