Purity and Perception part 2 by Stuart Wilde
This audio Lecture titled Purity and Perception part 2 by Stuart Wilde is a continuation of the Fringe-Dweller’s guide to freedom for anyone and everyone. Recorded in Las Vegas in 2009, it has many gems of wisdom in it. If it is your way to be cold towards other people, you can change yourself instantly. If there is no other reason than just for the benefit it gives you, let your heart fill with joy and happiness at all times of the year, not just Christmas time! Speaking of Christmas, even if you don’t celebrate the reason for Christmas, use it as a reason to feel warm inside. Show warmth and hospitality to everyone, and give everyone a second chance before setting your boundaries with them. We’re all human and everyone makes mistakes.
Work towards a simpler life and make everything Zen. In doing so you’ll create for yourself a better life. Taoism is observing nature and its cycles as well as developing a detachment from all things. Taoism is said by many to be the ‘last honest religion’ although it is the furthest thing from a religion that you could ever study. It is The Way, yet it is everything and nothing at the same time.
If you would like to let go of the things in your life that are beyond your control or that bring you down, you have the power to change those things. We don’t all have to be special or chosen in order to make a difference in this world. Get rid of your religious pomposity and learn to accept people and love them for who they are… A spark of the God force. For a good example of how to live in this world, the movie Fight Club has spiritual overtones despite the fact that the actual fights in the movie are really the undertones of the movie. Check it out.
