Self Esteem part 1 by Louise Hay

This powerful audio recording, Self Esteem part 1 by Louise Hay was created and narrated by the late author and speaker. It contains a series of positive affirmations that will help you to experience the joy, fulfillment, love, and wonder that are present in you right now.

Hearing affirmations audibly or subliminally is like the planting of seeds in a well-tended garden. It takes time for them to germinate, take root, and blossom. So, to reap the maximum benefits from affirmations, you need only be faithful and consistent in your use of this recording. It is recommended that you listen to it twice a day for at least 30 days. You can easily do this while you relax, work, do your chores, or sleep.

Spoken Affirmations

This particular recording contains the spoken affirmations. Part 2 contains the subliminal affirmations. Subliminal programming is effective! Results are quickly realised.  Here are the words spoken out loud by Louise:

I am lovable because I exist.
I feel good about my life.
I speak up for myself.
I am self-confident.
I am in control of my life.
I experience love wherever I go.
I rejoice in my uniqueness.
I deserve to be successful.
I care about myself.
I deserve good in my life.
I am safe just being me.
I am good enough just as I am.
I express my self-confidence and self-worth.
I am a good person.
I am inspired by life.
I am proud of all of my accomplishments.
I am filled with positive energy.
I cherish myself.
I am worth loving.
I am safe and secure.

Who is Louise Hay?

Louise Hay has been called the greatest teacher and healer on this planet today by people in the self help movement. Her work is almost as healing as the words in the Bible, says one of her students. It helps those who need a guide on how to love, firstly themselves, and then those in their lives. Why isn’t the skill of how to love ourselves and others taught in the world? Our world could be a better home for us all if it were.

Louise Hay is dubbed “the closest thing to a living saint” by the Australian media. She’s also known as one of the founders of the self-help movement. Louise’s first book, Heal Your Body, was published in 1976, at a time long before it was fashionable to discuss the connection between the mind and body. Revised and expanded in 1988, this best-selling book introduced Louise’s concepts to people in 33 different countries and has been translated into 25 languages throughout the world.

From Struggle to Strength

Through Louise’s healing techniques and positive philosophy, millions have improved their lives. They have learned how to create more of what they want, including more wellness in their bodies, minds, and spirits. She forged her own personal philosophy from her tormented upbringing. Her childhood was very unstable and impoverished, and her teenage years were marked by abuse. Louise ran away from home and ended up in New York City. There she became a model and married a prosperous businessman. Her life appeared to have turned around. Although, it was not until the marriage ended 14 years later that her healing really began.

Louise started what would become her life’s work in New York City in 1970. She attended meetings at the Church of Religious Science and began training in the ministerial program. Louise became such a popular speaker at Church that she soon found herself counseling clients. This work quickly blossomed into a full-time career. After several years, Louise compiled a reference guide detailing the mental causes of physical ailments and developed positive thought patterns for reversing illness and creating health. The compilation of this knowledge was the basis of her book Heal Your Body. It is also known affectionately as “the little blue book.”  Thereafter, Louise began traveling throughout the United States lecturing. She also facilitated workshops on loving ourselves and healing our lives.
